Job Description
The Retrofit Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing domestic retrofit projects in line with PAS 2035 standards. Acting as the key link between clients, assessors, designers, installers, and quality assurance teams, the Retrofit Coordinator ensures that retrofit works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate retrofit projects in accordance with PAS 2035 and TrustMark requirements.
- Review and approve Retrofit Assessment and Retrofit Design documentation.
- Develop and maintain the Whole House Retrofit Plan for each property.
- Ensure that energy efficiency measures are suitable, cost-effective, and meet the needs of occupants.
- Liaise with Retrofit Assessors, Designers, and Installers to ensure project compliance and progress.
- Oversee the evaluation and sign-off of installation works, including post-installation monitoring and handover.
- Ensure all project documentation is uploaded to the appropriate platforms (e.g., TrustMark, ECO, or client systems).
- Manage risks, budgets, and timelines for multiple retrofit projects simultaneously.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, funding streams, and compliance requirements relating to domestic retrofit.
- Ensure resident engagement and customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience in domestic retrofit, energy efficiency, or construction project management.
- Strong understanding of PAS 2035 and PAS 2030 frameworks.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience using retrofit or energy assessment software (e.g., Elmhurst, Stroma, RetrofitWorks, etc.).
- Strong report writing, analytical, and quality assurance skills.
- Good understanding of building pathology, energy performance, and sustainable building techniques.

- Level 3 Energy Efficiency Measures (EEM) in Older & Traditional Buildings
