TSA surveying are working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are currently looking for Retrofit Assessors to carry out assessments on social housing contracts in South Wales. As a Retrofit Assessor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties including EPC, condition, occupancy and ventilation. About the Role: Ongoing work (6 -month contract). Price per survey basis. All surveys are carried out on asset management software – Training and induction provided – Lodgement not required. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms. Evaluating the exterior condition of the properties. Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards. Inspect various aspects of the property, including insulation, heating systems and other energy related features. Ideal Candidates: Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
