Across a normal working week, you will be conducting Home Buyer reports and Valuations for lending purposes.
Experience and qualifications you will have
FRICS, MRICS or Assoc RICS
Currently VRS registered or meets the VRS criteria to gain registration easily
Technical expertise in residential surveying
Experience across North Yorkshire is preferred but not essential
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Able to work from home
