TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition and EPC Assessor to their team across Redditch.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
- Conducting Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.
- Surveys are carried out on asset management software - tablet devices will be provided.
- Completing 5-8 surveys per day.
Induction provided to use the software. Properties can be slightly scattered. Paid per survey for houses, flats, and blocks.
Additional requirements for the project:
- Available to work full time on an ongoing basis.
- This is a long-term, ongoing project, so we are looking for a reliable surveyor.
- Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
