A well-established and close-knit building consultancy based in Cambridge is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a surveyor currently working towards their APC, with structured support available to help you progress toward chartership. The position provides a varied workload across local authority condition survey programmes alongside a mix of professional and project work across commercial, industrial, and public sector assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking condition surveys primarily for local authority portfolios
- Utilising GoReport software to capture and report survey data
- Supporting and delivering a range of project and professional building surveying services
- Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector properties
- Assisting with project delivery including contract administration and technical reporting
- Liaising with clients and contributing to long-term asset management strategies

Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline

- Full UK driving licence preferred
