TSA Surveying are working with a very modern and ambitious Residential Surveying firm who are privately owned and cover the North West, South Yorkshire and North Yorkshire. They are wanting to add an experienced surveyor to cover FY postcodes, Blackpool and surrounding areas. They believe in a team effort where everyone shares in the success of the company. They work together closely as a team supporting each other in developing expertise in residential surveying.
You will be conducting Valuations for lending purposes and Level 2&3 Surveys if you have the experience to do so. Due to the level of work this firm have, they are also open to speaking with Surveyors who just do Valuations.
Experience and qualifications you will have:
- Assoc RICS, MRICS or FRICS
- Currently VRS registered or meets the VRS criteria as a sponsored member
- Technical expertise in residential surveying
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience using iPads and apps
- Able to work from home
