A well-established, multidisciplinary property consultancy is looking to strengthen its Planning team with the appointment of a Planning Consultant, Senior or Associate (level dependent on experience). This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team working across a diverse pipeline of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. You will play a key role in delivering expert planning advice while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

The Role

  • Managing planning applications from inception through to determination
  • Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base
  • Supporting and leading on development plan representations
  • Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities (Senior/Associate level)
  • Supporting team leadership, mentoring and project oversight

About You

  • MRTPI chartered (essential)
  • Experience within planning consultancy or a local authority environment
  • Strong knowledge of development management and planning policy
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Ambitious, driven and keen to be part of a growing team
