A growing independent surveying practice is looking to add to its residential surveying team, and they are open to speaking with both experienced Surveyors and graduates looking to build a career in residential surveying. The role:
- Undertaking RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys
- Producing clear, accurate and high-quality reports
- Developing relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service
- Building your knowledge and experience across residential surveying
- Opportunity to gain exposure to commercial surveying instructions
- Full training and support available for the right graduate / less experienced candidate
About you:
- RICS qualified, working towards qualification, or a relevant surveying degree
- Residential surveying experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential
- Strong attention to detail and report writing skills
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- Keen to learn and develop within a growing surveying practice
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in surveying
