This is a fantastic opportunity to join their collaborative team during an exciting period of growth, particularly within the London region. They are looking to grow a new team with the addition of a MRICS Senior Building Surveyor based in Birmingham. The role is offered on a 3/2 flexible hybrid working basis and is ideal for someone who is ambitious, wants financial security in way of pension, and ready to thrive within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Role Overview
As a key member of the Building Consultancy team, you will advise clients on a wide range of building surveying matters including:
Building surveys and defect analysis
Dilapidations and schedules of condition
Licence for alteration assessments
Technical due diligence and reinstatement cost assessments
Coordination of national portfolio projects across a wide range of sectors including commercial, retail, banking, and heritage
You’ll work closely with clients, both existing and new, and play an active part in business development and networking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a broad spectrum of professional services: dilapidations, technical due diligence, planned preventative maintenance, and more
Provide advice on technical, financial, legal, regulatory, and sustainability matters relating to property and buildings
Instruct and coordinate external consultants when needed
Maintain excellent client relationships and support business growth initiative.
Candidate Profile
MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
Strong communication, organisational, and client-handling skills
Confident with networking and engaging with new business
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Holds a full, clean driving licence
