Win new landlord instructions through valuations, canvassing and relationship building. Lead, motivate and develop the lettings team. Set targets, monitor KPIs and drive performance. Build strong, long-term landlord and tenant relationships. Oversee the lettings pipeline and ensure excellent customer service. Ensure the team operates in line with current lettings legislation and company procedures. Support local marketing, networking and business development activity. Identify opportunities to improve branch profitability and operational performance. 3+ years' residential lettings experience. ~ Strong commercial and business development skills. ~ Good knowledge of current lettings legislation. ~ Full UK driving licence.
