Job Description
The project in question requires a collection and condition survey of the mechanical and electrical assets on these sites.
We are looking for qualified M&E Asset Surveyors, or an individual with a prior background within MEP services, either for an FM provider, consultancy, or direct for a building owner, to carry out a room by room condition survey, including verification and lifecycle.
All data will be collected on a tablet device utilising our clients own internal asset capture software.
