You would be involved in asset registers, asset verification, identifying condition of plant and compliance audits.
About the role
TSA is currently recruiting for техиму M&E Surveyor to work within the London area, as part of a wider national team, for the internal function of a global building services consultancy. The client themselves is responsible for providing internal resource on a range of both public and private sector projects across a range of industries such as water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, and energy.
Due to a large growth in the asset management teams portfolio, they are looking to recruit someone at a beginner level. They will need to be able to communicate effectively and will need to be prepared to learn to perform their own surveys as part of a team.
