TSA Surveying are looking for a Technical Data Analyst with experience in building surveying, housing asset data or property compliance.
The role combines data analysis, quality assurance and technical support, with a focus on validating stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes and Rd SAP data.
You will work closely with field surveyors to identify and resolve data issues and ensure information is accurate and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes and Rd SAP data.
- Identify errors, anomalies and inconsistencies within survey datasets.
- Use Excel to analyse, clean and validate data.
- Work with surveyors to investigate and resolve data quality issues.
- Provide technical guidance on survey and data collection requirements.
- Support surveyors with mobile/tablet data capture and system issues.
- Maintain accurate records of data quality and surveyor KPIs.
- Prepare validated data for reporting and asset management.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes and workflows.
About You
- Experience in building surveying, housing asset management, property compliance or technical data analysis.
- Knowledge of stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes and/or Rd SAP.
- Good to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Confident communicating with surveyors and technical teams.
- Organised, methodical and able to work independently.
Desirable: Experience with social housing, mobile survey software or property data systems.
