Surveyor ManagerTSA Surveying is looking for an experienced Surveyor Manager to lead and support a team of surveyors, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and professional development.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support surveyors across multiple projectsMonitor performance, productivity, and quality standardsConduct reviews, mentoring, and training sessionsSet and manage team objectives and KPIsSupport recruitment, onboarding, and development of new surveyorsWork with internal teams to ensure projects are properly resourcedDrive continuous improvements in processes and service deliveryRequirementsStrong building surveying backgroundPrevious experience managing teams and performanceExcellent leadership and communication skillsExperience within social housing, building surveying, stock condition, energy assessment or RetrofitAbility to mentor and develop surveyors at all levelsProactive and organised approach to problem solvingFull UK driving licenceThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveying professional looking to take ownership of a team and play a key role in driving growth and performance.
