An established and highly regarded lettings agency is looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager to lead their Bingley branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys leading from the front.
You will take full ownership of branch performance, driving growth, managing a team, and ensuring a consistently high level of service across all areas of the business.
The Role
- Lead and drive overall branch performance and profitability
- Grow market share within your local area
- Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
- Manage, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and team meetings
- Handle escalated complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Work collaboratively across departments to maximise opportunities
- Support wider lettings strategy and business objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing within a lettings environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Track record of working to and exceeding targets
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability
- Full UK driving licence
- ARLA/CeLAP qualification (or working towards) preferred
