We are exclusively partnered with an established building consultancy seeking an experienced Building Surveying Director to lead and grow a new regional office in Birmingham, Leeds or Manchester. This role offers a unique opportunity for a high level Building Surveyor to build and lead their own office, supported by an existing consultancy—without the personal risk of setting up alone—while benefiting from a market leading salary and the opportunity to earn up to 20% equity in the business from the start.
As Lead Director, you will take full responsibility for establishing and developing a new regional presence, using your own client relationships to bring work with you from any sector. You will have autonomy to shape the service offering, grow a team, and play a key role in the strategic direction of the firm. The consultancy works across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including:
- Government
- Healthcare
- Roads and infrastructure
