About the Role
Our client, a growing independent residential property company based in Leeds, is looking to recruit an experienced Property Sales Negotiator to join their established team due to increased business levels. The successful candidate will manage property transactions from initial enquiry through to completion, while delivering excellent service to vendors, buyers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange property photography, floor plans, and EPC certificates
- Organise property viewings with vendors and prospective buyers
- Upload property listings to online portals and the investor database
- Handle a high volume of incoming enquiries
- Negotiate property purchases with buyers and investors
- Manage multiple property transactions through to completion
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and surveyors
- Maintain accurate records on the in-house case management system
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in property sales or estate agency
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
