TSA Surveying are partnering with a leading building consultancy to recruit Retrofit Assessors for social housing assessments across Kidderminster.
Work volumes are currently sporadic, typically ranging from 2 up to 5 appointments per week, with the expectation that volume may increase in the new financial year.
This role requires completing on-site visits, including returning to properties for post-EPC assessments where required.
- 25 assessments per week (workload may increase)
- On-site EPC and post-EPC visits
- Travel to and from properties required
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Retrofit Assessor
- Experience with social housing (preferred)
- Elmhurst accreditation
- Reliable, flexible and confident working independently
- Level 3 Certificate of older and traditional buildings
