TSA Surveying are currently partnering with a leading building consultancy to recruit a Stock Condition Surveyor for an ongoing project based in Isle of Wight. Accommodation and ferry costs will be covered.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting stock condition surveys on social housing properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, and assessments under HHSRS.
- Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components such as kitchens and bathrooms.
- Completing 8-10 surveys per day using asset management software (tablet devices provided).
- Completing both stock condition surveys and RDSAP assessments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in stock condition surveying or a related field.
- Confident using technology (tablet-based survey software).
