The Opportunity
A well-established, independent estate agency in North Leeds is looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager / Asset Manager to take ownership of a growing residential portfolio.
This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to manage and enhance portfolio performance, strengthen landlord relationships, and play a central part in the continued growth of the property management function.
With a strong reputation for service and a loyal client base, this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step into a more commercially focused, value-add role.
The Role
- Manage a residential portfolio with a focus on performance, retention, and service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, acting as a trusted advisor
- Oversee tenancy lifecycles, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Identify opportunities to maximise asset value and rental income
- Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and industry best practice
- Manage maintenance, contractors, and property standards across the portfolio
- Handle escalations and resolve complex queries efficiently
- Support business growth through landlord retention and referrals
About You
- Proven experience within property management or lettings
- Strong understanding of residential portfolio management
- Commercial mindset with the ability to add value to client assets
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
