The Opportunity
We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join a well-established and forward-thinking property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with commercial property experience who is working towards MRICS or keen to start the APC pathway, with full support provided. You will manage a diverse commercial property portfolio, working closely with clients, tenants, and professional advisors while continuing to build your technical expertise and professional profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a mixed commercial property portfolio
- Act as a key contact for tenants and clients
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Support lease events, including rent reviews, renewals, and regears
- Instruct and liaise with agents, contractors, and professional advisors
- Assist with asset management initiatives to enhance property value
- Ensure compliance with landlord and tenant legislation
- Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance and repairs
About You
- Experience in commercial property management or a similar role
- Working towards MRICS or motivated to begin the APC pathway
- Good knowledge of landlord and tenant matters
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with a proactive approach
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- RICS-accredited degree desirable (depending on APC route)
