Building Surveyor Nottingham or Birmingham
Are you looking to join a nationally recognised consultancy known for one of the strongest working environments in the sector? With a growing presence in the Midlands and a major focus on healthcare, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that is continuing to expand.
TSA Surveying is proud to be representing one of our most established and trusted clients. The company is actively expanding its Building Surveying team across Nottingham, where it already has 30 professionals within a wider business of 110 staff. The Nottingham office is home to a collaborative mix of Building Surveyors, Project Managers, and Cost Managers, and the firm is now building a dedicated surveying team to support an increasing workload.
The business has an excellent track record in the education sector, having supported the growth of multi-academy trusts and delivered large-scale new-build and regeneration projects. They are seeking a Building Surveyor with experience in education or project-led environments who is motivated to lead, mentor, and support the existing surveying team.
The role will involve working closely with school estates, providing strategic advice on asset condition, supporting funding applications, and assisting on projects through to completion. Alongside a strong education pipeline, the business is also expanding into the industrial and commercial sectors, with project values historically ranging from £30k to £32m (typically between £1.3m and £3.4m).
The ideal candidate will have 1-5+ years experience in Building Surveying, ideally within education or healthcare. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a more supportive, people-focused management style while still enjoying a competitive salary and high-quality projects within a well-established consultancy.
If this feels like the right next step in your career and you want to play a key role in the continued growth of the business, apply now as shortlisting is due to begin shortly.
