We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a PFI Lifecycle condition survey programme across a healthcare estate in Manchester.
Role Overview: As part of a specialist surveying team, you will be responsible for carrying out detailed Lifecycle condition surveys in line with PFI contractual requirements. Your findings will support long-term asset management planning for a live healthcare environment.
