Freelance Building Surveyor Listed Building Surveys (Netherlands)
Day Rate: £290/day + £25/day Evening Meal Allowance

We are looking for experienced Freelance Building Surveyors to deliver a programme of detailed building condition surveys across listed and historic buildings throughout the Netherlands.
The Role:
- Undertake condition surveys on a variety of monumental and historically significant properties, including municipal monuments and Rijksmonuments.
- Capture accurate, detailed data on building fabric, structure, and defects.
- Use supplied survey templates and photographic evidence to ensure consistency.
- Work efficiently within allocated timeframes while maintaining the highest quality standards.
