About the Role
TSA are seeking a Property Consultant to join growing Property Consultancy team. You will play a key role in delivering stock condition surveys, EPC assessments, and housing asset management services. This role combines on-site and office-based work, requiring strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and project management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate surveyors on-site, including project briefings and QA checks.
- Conduct stock condition surveys and energy assessments (training provided if needed).
- Manage pilot surveys, mobile data collection systems, and liaise with data analysts.
- Provide technical guidance on HHSRS hazards and decent homes standards.
- Act as the lead surveyor/DEA on new projects.
- Report to clients on project progress and address challenges effectively.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of stock condition surveys (essential).
- Strong understanding of HHSRS hazards and decent homes standards.
- DEA qualification (desirable) and knowledge of residential construction technology.
