An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a successful and growing property consultancy in Newcastle.
Youll manage a diverse commercial property portfolio, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure properties are managed efficiently, professionally and to the highest standards.
The Role
- Manage a varied portfolio of commercial properties
- Build strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, insurance renewals and claims
- Manage service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Deal with rent arrears, credit control and tenant queries
- Handle lease renewals, rent reviews and landlord & tenant matters
- Prepare client reports and process invoices
- Proactively resolve issues and challenging situations
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
- Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the business
About You
- Proven Commercial Property Management experience
- Strong understanding of landlord & tenant matters and service charges
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, professional and commercially minded
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
