This is a senior leadership role offering the chance to shape strategy, drive business development, and deliver high-profile projects across a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the Building Surveying team, providing strategic direction and mentorship
- Drive business growth through client relationship management and new business development
- Oversee delivery of a wide range of professional and project services including:
- Dilapidations
- Technical due diligence
- Contract administration
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and technical excellence
- Contribute to overall company strategy and leadership decisions
- Manage key client accounts and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Support recruitment, training, and development initiatives
