TSA Surveying are currently working with a prominent consultancy to recruit a Survey Team Manager to oversee survey teams delivering stock condition survey programmes across the Midlands and North. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor who has moved into a leadership role, or someone looking to take the next step into team management.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing field-based survey teams, ensuring surveys are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard. The role will involve regular travel across the Midlands and Northern regions to support surveyors and maintain quality across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting teams of Stock Condition Surveyors
