Surveyor Manager
TSA Surveying is looking for an experienced Surveyor Manager to lead and support a team of surveyors, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support surveyors across multiple projects
- Monitor performance, productivity, and quality standards
- Conduct reviews, mentoring, and training sessions
- Set and manage team objectives and KPIs
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new surveyors
- Work with internal teams to ensure projects are properly resourced
- Drive continuous improvements in processes and service delivery
Requirements
- Strong building surveying background
- Previous experience managing teams and performance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience within social housing, building surveying, stock condition, energy assessment or Retrofit
- Ability to mentor and develop surveyors at all levels
- Proactive and organised approach to problem solving
- Full UK driving licence
