TSASurveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking for Damp and Mould Surveyors based in Leicester.
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software. This is an Outside IR35 role, paid per survey for houses and flats. There are over 400 properties to be surveyed, located in and around Leicester.
ID badges, calling cards, large property lists, and letters of authority will be provided. Appointments are booked by the client.
A standard DBS (in date) is required, and candidates must have their own equipment (Laser Measure, Proptimeter, and Anemometer). Damp and Mould qualifications would be highly regarded.
