TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a leading property and construction consultancy that are looking to add an MEP Clerk of Works to their existing Midlands team, to support on healthcare and defence projects across the region.
The successful candidate will work within an existing consultancy team ensuring M&E works are delivered to the highest standards across complex, compliance-driven environments, carrying out MEP site inspections across various Midlands based portfolios to monitor quality and compliance, creating reports on progress, defects and standards across various sites and liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an MEP Clerk of Works, with a strong technical background within MEP and building services, and experience working within highly regulated environments. They will ideally be well qualified within Electrical or Mechanical sectors and hold membership within ICWCI or CIOB.
