Job Opportunity: Stock Condition Surveyor
TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a contract surveyor to their team in Wrexham.
Role Overview: As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields
- Familiarity with the HHSRS system
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets)
This role is paid on a per survey basis.
