What you will be doing
We are looking for Chartered Valuation Surveyor to undertake Red Book valuations, primarily for Secured Lending purposes, on properties located across the West and East Midlands.
This long established Practice brings together a wide range of expertise in surveying, valuation and property development, all under one roof. This means that they can offer their clients a complete range of services in the commercial, industrial, retail and residential sectors.
With a trading history in excess of 165 years, the firm has built a reputation for offering clients a reliable and flexible service at a competitive price. The practice has expanded its offices in main commercial centres, however, their commitment to a personal, partner led service has remained unchanged.
- Produce Red Book Valuation reports in a timely manner
- Undertake site inspections and take accurate measurements
- Assemble property information and review searches
- Review and analyse occupational leases and their impact on value
- Apply expert local knowledge and awareness of the local property market
Experience and qualifications you will have
- MRICS/FRICS qualification
- RICS Registered Valuer status
- Minimum 2 years Post Qualification Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clean PI record
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in valuing: Industrial, Retail, Residential, Mixed Use, Offices and HMOs
