We are currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a leading Facilities Management company on a permanent basis. As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will provide expert guidance on both the strategic and technical aspects of building surveying, with a particular focus on overseeing capital works for local authorities, from project inception through to successful completion.
Role Overview: In this key position, you will take full responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring their seamless delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, cost control, and client satisfaction. You will be instrumental in managing both the technical and contractual elements of the projects, engaging with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage local authority capital works projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations, timelines, and budgets.

- Chartered status with a professional body such as MRICS, MCIOB, or MCABE is essential.
- Extensive experience in building surveying with a strong background in project management and delivery of capital works.
