Building Surveyor - Woolwich (Outside IR35) in South East London

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to conduct fabric condition surveys of a healthcare property in Woolwich. This contract role will run for approximately 5/6 months, requiring expertise in building fabric assessments and data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive fabric condition surveys of a healthcare property.
• Utilise a handheld device and asset capture software to record survey data accurately.
• Assess and document the condition of building elements, identifying any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Work efficiently and independently to complete the surveys within the project timeframe.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building surveying, ideally within healthcare or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of building fabric elements, defects, and maintenance requirements.
• Experience using handheld data collection devices and asset capture software.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
