Approximately 75% of your workload will focus on project work, with the remaining 25% dedicated to professional surveys. You will be involved in delivering projects from inception through to completion, with a particular emphasis on education schemes, alongside healthcare and retail developments. Project values typically range from £1m to £37m, with a core focus around £4m.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full range of building surveying services including design & specification, contract administration, and dilapidations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Support and collaborate with a close-knit team of surveyors
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders across various sectors
About You
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Building Surveying
- Strong project-focused background (preferred)
- Experience across education, healthcare, or retail sectors is advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ambition to progress into more senior or leadership roles
