Building Surveyor – Orpington We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-disciplinary firm seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join their team in Orpington. Key Responsibilities: * Undertake detailed surveys, including condition assessments, defect analysis, and feasibility studies. * Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documents. * Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance. * Assist in contract administration, working with various JCT contracts. * Advise on maintenance, repair, and statutory requirements. * Ensure adherence to planning and building regulations. * Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and address any issues.
