About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Freelance Building Surveyor to carry out PFI lifecycle surveys on a healthcare site in the London area. This role offers the opportunity to work on a focused project with a streamlined process, utilizing a tablet device and our client’s user-friendly in-house software. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive PFI lifecycle surveys on the healthcare site. * Utilize the provided tablet device and in-house software to capture data efficiently. * Assess and document the condition of buildings, identifying maintenance and lifecycle requirements. * Collaborate with the client to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
