TSA Surveying is proud to be working with a respected, RICS-regulated consultancy based in Greater Manchester, known for delivering high-quality Commercial and Residential Surveying services across the North West. We are currently recruiting for two exciting opportunities within their team:

  • A Building Surveyor on the APC pathway, looking to qualify in the next 12-18 months
  • An experienced Chartered Building Surveyor ready to take the next step in their career

The Roles

As part of a dynamic and supportive surveying team, successful candidates will be involved in a broad range of instructions, including:

  • Building Surveys and Condition Surveys
  • Feasibility Studies and Dilapidations Advice
  • Contract Administration and Project Management
  • Engaging with clients across diverse market sectors and property types

Roles are based near Bolton, with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.

What We’re Looking For

- APC Building Surveyor:

  • Degree in Building Surveying (or similar)
  • Currently on APC pathway, with a goal to become Chartered within 12-18 months
  • Strong technical grounding with some experience in surveys or project work

- Chartered Building Surveyor:

  • RICS Chartered status (MRICS)
  • Confident managing projects and client relationships
  • Proven experience across core surveying competencies

For both roles, candidates should have:

  • Solid understanding of UK building regulations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
