About the Role Based in Birmingham, you will join a growing and well-established team, working within a collaborative environment that combines strong technical delivery with hands-on leadership. Approximately 75% of your workload will focus on project work, with the remaining 25% dedicated to professional surveys. You will be involved in delivering projects from inception through to completion, with a particular emphasis on education schemes, alongside healthcare and retail developments. Project values typically range from £1m to £37m, with a core focus around £4m.
