Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Associate Director (MRICS) to play a key leadership role in delivering and expanding their portfolio. The Role

You will lead on a range of large-scale schemes (up to £750k project fees) across key sectors including:

  • Healthcare
  • Education
  • Defence

You will be responsible for both project delivery and client relationship management, ensuring excellence across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver cost consultancy and project services on major schemes
  • Undertake and oversee quality monitoring duties
  • Administer and advise on NEC contracts and regulations (NEC Regs)
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Support business development and growth initiatives
  • Mentor and develop junior team members

About You

  • MRICS qualified (essential)
  • Proven experience delivering projects within healthcare, education, or defence sectors
  • Strong expertise in quality monitoring and NEC contract administration
  • Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a senior leadership role
  • Ambitious and motivated by long-term progression, including equity
