Lettings & Property Manager | Bingley | £30,000 OTE pro rata 20–25 hours per week Flexible working / school hours considered I’m working with an established property business in Bingley that is looking for an experienced Lettings & Property Manager to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a genuinely varied role covering both lettings and property management, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with landlords and tenants and wants real ownership of their portfolio, but is looking for greater flexibility. The role is 20–25 hours per week, with flexibility around working patterns and school hours considered. The role will include: • Conducting market appraisals and advising landlords on pricing and marketing • Managing the lettings process from instruction through to tenancy commencement • Handling referencing, Right to Rent checks and tenancy documentation • Managing landlord and tenant relationships throughout the tenancy • Advising landlords on legislation, compliance and available services • Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors • Carrying out property inspections and arranging follow-up works • Managing inventories, check-ins/check-outs and deposit deductions • Overseeing property compliance including gas, electrical, EPC and fire safety • Monitoring certificates and ensuring renewals are completed on time • Managing rent collection and arrears alongside the Accounts team • Dealing with queries and resolving issues quickly and professionally What they’re looking for: • Previous experience within residential lettings or property management • Good knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Excellent organisation and attention to detail • Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors • A proactive, solutions-focused approach • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Bingley £30,000 OTE pro rata 20–25 hours per week Flexible working / school hours considered If you’re an experienced lettings or property professional looking for a part-time role that gives you flexibility without stepping away from your career, I’d be keen to hear from you
