TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Housing Association in Newham and require a team of qualified Stock Condition Surveyors.

Role Overview:

  • Conduct Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties in and around Newham
  • Portfolio of 6500+ properties
  • Paid per survey
  • Bedsits, Flats, Houses and Blocks
  • Outside IR35
  • Must be able to commit to 4/5 DAYS A WEEK and a minimum of 35 surveys a week

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 12-month rolling contract
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and door knocking
  • Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority
