TSA Surveying are proud to be working in close partnership with a highly reputable and long-established property and planning consultancy to deliver best-in-class surveying services across the UK. They are looking to expand their team with the addition of a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor / Associate Director based in central Cambridge. The role is offered on a flexible hybrid working basis and is ideal for someone who is ambitious, client-focused, and ready to thrive within a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of the Building Consultancy team, you will advise clients on a wide range of building surveying matters including: Building surveys and defect analysis Contract administration and project management Coordination of national portfolio projects across a wide range of sectors including commercial, retail, healthcare, and heritage You’ll work closely with clients, both existing and new, and play an active part in business development and networking initiatives.
