Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director to play a key role in expanding their presence across London and the South East. This is a role combining business development and project delivery responsibilities, ideally suited to someone with a strong network and understanding of the housing sector, alongside the ability to lead and deliver high-quality client work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth and development of the housing and regeneration offer across London and the South East.
- Generate new business opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, housing associations, developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify, secure, and win new business opportunities.
- Lead and oversee project delivery, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Support the development and mentoring of team members as the regional team grows.
- Contribute to strategic planning and wider business growth initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience within housing, regeneration, planning, or a related consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of the London housing market and public sector landscape.
- Demonstrable business development and client relationship management experience.
- Established network across local authorities, housing associations, and/or development organisations.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects successfully.
- Commercially minded with the ambition to help build and lead a growing regional presence.
- Experience operating at Associate Director level, or a Senior Manager/Associate looking to step up.
Salary: £70,000–£90,000 DOE
