Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director to play a key role in expanding their presence across London and the South East. This is a role combining business development and project delivery responsibilities, ideally suited to someone with a strong network and understanding of the housing sector, alongside the ability to lead and deliver high-quality client work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth and development of the housing and regeneration offer across London and the South East.
  • Generate new business opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, housing associations, developers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify, secure, and win new business opportunities.
  • Lead and oversee project delivery, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
  • Support the development and mentoring of team members as the regional team grows.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and wider business growth initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Significant experience within housing, regeneration, planning, or a related consultancy environment.
  • Strong understanding of the London housing market and public sector landscape.
  • Demonstrable business development and client relationship management experience.
  • Established network across local authorities, housing associations, and/or development organisations.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects successfully.
  • Commercially minded with the ambition to help build and lead a growing regional presence.
  • Experience operating at Associate Director level, or a Senior Manager/Associate looking to step up.

Salary: £70,000–£90,000 DOE

Location: Central London

Role: Hybrid
