The Opportunity
We are partnering with a fast-growing SME consultancy that is building a strong reputation across the UK for delivering high-quality advisory services on complex construction projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Associate Director (MRICS) to play a key leadership role in delivering and expanding their portfolio. The Role
You will lead on a range of large-scale schemes (up to £750k project fees) across key sectors including:
- Healthcare
- Education
- Defence
You will be responsible for both project delivery and client relationship management, ensuring excellence across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver cost consultancy and project services on major schemes
- Undertake and oversee quality monitoring duties
- Administer and advise on NEC contracts and regulations (NEC Regs)
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Support business development and growth initiatives
- Mentor and develop junior team members
About You
- MRICS qualified (essential)
- Proven experience delivering projects within healthcare, education, or defence sectors
- Strong expertise in quality monitoring and NEC contract administration
- Commercially astute with excellent client-facing skills
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a senior leadership role
- Ambitious and motivated by long-term progression, including equity
