Role Overview:
- Conduct stock condition and RDSAP across residential properties in and around Kent
- Portfolio of 3,000+ properties (property list available)
- Must be a QUALIFIED DEA
- Paid per survey – Flats, Houses and Blocks
- Outside IR35
Contract Details:
- Duration: 12-month rolling contract
- Start Date: Expected from 5th May
- Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and some door knocking (optional)
- Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority
