We’re looking for a chartered Building Surveyor with proven experience in the built environment and a strong track record of working closely with clients and delivering high‑quality project outcomes.
With a well‑established client base and a respected legacy in Building Surveying services, we’re now entering an exciting phase of growth, and this is your chance to play a key role.

- Carry out building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis
- Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation
- Provide advice on building regulations, planning issues, and property legislation
- Manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and contractor performance
- Conduct dilapidation assessments and negotiate on behalf of clients
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Handle Part Wall issues including notices and awards
Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- Full professional membership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or similar equivalent
- Proven experience of working at a senior level in a Surveying role and working on projects and clients within the built environment
- Strong technical knowledge of building construction and regulations including recent BSA regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of common construction forms of contracts such as JCT and/or NEC
- Strong IT skills and the ability to use a variety of software packages to a high level, including MS Office
- Familiar with following industry leading systems and procedures as part of your role
