About the Job:

TSA Riley Infrastructure is looking for a senior leader to grow our business across the South of England, build strategic client relationships and create new routes to market across our infrastructure services.

About the Role:

You will lead the regional business plan, grow strategic accounts and build an effective, motivated team with credible experience in Infrastructure PMO deployment and supporting capabilities. You'll be responsible for regional P&L performance, client relationships, contract management and project delivery, with overall Infrastructure P&L accountability remaining with the Infrastructure Director. Working across capability, sector and market growth leadership, you will bring together the expertise to solve client problems and deliver growth. Building on our existing strengths, you'll expand our presence in Energy, Defence, wider Transport and Water. You will draw on TSA Riley's APAC capability and track record to strengthen credibility where UK expertise needs support, and collaborate with colleagues in Canada and internationally to pursue opportunities.

About your Responsibilities:

• Deliver the South regional business plan and agreed P&L targets for revenue, margin and working capital. Manage budgets, forecasts, utilisation, work in progress and debtor performance, taking action to improve results.
• Establish executive relationships with infrastructure clients, asset owners, Tier 1 contractors and delivery partners. Understand their investment plans and challenges, and build long-term advisory and delivery partnerships.
• Lead major pursuits, bids and negotiations, shaping solutions with clients and specialists and taking opportunities through to award, mobilisation and successful delivery.
• Work with Infrastructure capability, sector and market growth leaders to build pipeline and cross-sell PM, commercial, project controls and advisory services. Collaborate with Property regional leaders on shared clients and joint pursuits.
• Create new routes to market through partnerships, frameworks and professional networks. Bring international expertise and credentials into client discussions and bids to support diversification beyond rail.
• Build and motivate a team of professionals with credible experience in deploying infrastructure programme and project management offices (PMOs) and the capabilities that support them. Work with capability leaders to recruit, develop and deploy the right people to solve client problems, deliver positive outcomes and support regional growth.
• Take responsibility for regional client relationships, contract management and project delivery performance. Sponsor key accounts and commissions, oversee project health and risk, and contribute to wider leadership decisions and business reporting.

About You:

• An established infrastructure consulting leader with a proven record of growing a regional business or strategic accounts and managing P&L performance, including revenue, margin and working capital.
• Strong knowledge of the South of England infrastructure market and credible senior client networks, with the ability to build our presence across Energy, Defence, Transport and Water.
• Experience across client-side advisory and delivery/Tier 1 environments, with executive credibility and the ability to understand client problems, shape and sell practical solutions, and lead delivery.
• Experience building and leading effective multidisciplinary teams, with a credible track record in Infrastructure PMO deployment and integrating supporting capabilities such as project controls, planning, risk, commercial management and project delivery.
• Strong commercial judgement and NEC contract experience, with the ability to manage budgets, resources and delivery risk. A collaborative leadership style that motivates professionals and brings capabilities together to solve client problems and achieve business goals.
• Relevant professional chartership or membership is desirable. Willingness to travel across the South and work with clients and colleagues throughout the UK and internationally.
