TSA Riley's Health & Safety team are seeking to hire an experienced Health & Safety Consultant to work in a fast-paced logistics environment for a global, blue-chip client. This is a fixed-term contract for up to 14 weeks, and the successful candidate will be paid a competitive day rate and be based at one or more of our client's site(s), within the Liverpool area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Health & Safety Consultant to join an established and professional team with the primary purpose of supporting and advising the project team.
- Supporting stakeholders and the project team with compliance and HS regulations.
- Completing risk assessments with attention to detail.
- Attending and chairing various meetings with the stakeholders and the wider project team.
- Advising and recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomics.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- CSCS card
- Previous experience of working as a Health & Safety Consultant / Health & Safety Advisor or similar is essential
- Prior experience of working on industrial warehouse projects would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Ability to review risk assessments in a working environment and advise on reasonably practicable control measures.
